For this unique opportunity, Mariana creates a thread between the whimsical powers of nature through the symbolic movements of the Orixas; afro Brazilian deities celebrated via music and dance. Mariana invites you to tap into your inner goddess, your connection with your ancestors and the nature that surrounds us.

Yemanja is a Brazilian Orisha.
She is considered the mother of all since she is the Goddess of the Living Ocean & all life is believed to have started in the sea. Yemanja is the mother of all and protective of all her children; comforting them and cleansing away their sorrows. She governs everything pertaining to women, including fertility.
Yemanjá is often depicted as a mermaid, and is associated with the moon, the number 7, blue & white, cowrie shells.
