DELIVERY & RETURNS

Items ordered online are made to order which are shipped directly to you.

Since all our swimwear is now made to order in Europe, it takes 10-14 days for delivery. Approximately 2 days after your order is made you will receive tracking information for your order so you can track it's progress to you and will be given a provisional delivery date.

This way we can keep delivery at an affordable price of £4.99 for UK & International orders.

Returns

If for any reason you decide you don't not want to keep your swimwear, you can email us at hello@morswimmy.com and we will send you our returns information.

Please notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return your item/s to us. Outside of this time we may not agree to the return.

Customers are welcome to visit our Penzance Shop to try our selection of swimwear we have in store. Shop bought items do have a returns policy since they are not made to order (in store you can return you item/s bought in person within 30 days; within 14 for a full refund and within 30 for a refund/exchange).

Online returns are sent to us at your own cost so we advise to send recorded/tracked.

We do not offer a refund unless the item is faulty (since all items are made to order), however we will offer you a replacement or a voucher for the cost to use online or in store.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If the item is faulty, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, either make a separate purchase for the new item (of the same size and design), or if we have your item in stock in the store we can post one to you from there.

Refunds 
If your item is deemed faulty by us, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
